Walking in a Winter Wonderland

As I just mentioned (Alert!  Looks like it’s another Bogle Blogging Frenzy! Prepare the coffee, STAT!), we got quite the snow today in Greenville.  After Michael finished some of his work, we gook Lily outside to experience the snow.  Here are her first impressions:

Overall, I would say that she wasn’t that into the snow.  She liked looking at it, but doesn’t seem to like walking in it very much.

She didn’t want to sled, so Michael and I tried sledding on our driveway to entice her.  We cleared her off a space on the driveway and let her sit on a basket to watch.

She really didn’t seem to like us falling at all, although I particularly enjoyed it when Michael tried to sled on the extremely powdery snow on the grass:

We eventually persuaded her to ride with me in the world’s slowest sled ride, but as you can tell, she still wasn’t into it.

Although she didn’t want to ride on the sled, she was more than willing to let us drag her wagon through the snowy street, and seemed to enjoy the snow more if she didn’t have to touch it.
